Project Management Services 

is supported by the staff in the other divisions, namely the

Architectural & Planning and Engineering Divisions. 

Its services include the following: 

•  Project identification and definition

•  Preparation of project briefs based on client’s requirement

•  Concept plan and preli minary feasibility

•  Project programme and scheduling

•  Coordination of the submission and approval of plans for

planning and building approval  from relevant authorities

•  Monitoring activities relative to meet target completion time

•  Coordination of the project implementation up to the

procurement of the Certificate of Fitness

- Other Services such as Mechanical and Electrical Engineering

are available upon request.
