In today’s “culture of zapping” and pervasive “digital noise,” hearing God’s voice is harder than ever. For evangelizing catechists, discernment is vital because we are called to move from “passive task completion” to an “active mission”. We are not just teaching facts; we are helping students and our own families recognize the “sense of faith” (sensus fidei) that the Holy Spirit has placed in every baptized person.
Simple Principles of Discernment: Discernment is the prayerful process of recognizing what God is asking of us right now.
Practical Application
By living this way, we become docile to the Spirit, ensuring our teaching and our homes reflect the “divine fingerprint” of grace.
